Tim Young, CExP, a principal of Liquidity Partners, has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of operating companies from sales and marketing, operations to President and CEO. Mr. Young is a member of BEI - a 350+ expert group of liquidity planning specialists from across the country.

Past successes include President of a multi-generational distribution company and growing the company from two locations to five operating in three southwestern states. He led the company to a successful sale to Fuji Film USA in 2003. Mr. Young then became Regional Vice President (West) for Enovation, a FujiFilm company, and helped build a new distribution model for Enovation by integrating several Fuji acquisitions.

Mr. Young is also a partner in HardingYoung, a full service financial services firm, providing comprehensive and holistic financial planning primarily to closely held business owners and their financial advisors. He is a member of Arizona Business Leadership, NAIFA, NAR, AZ Tech Council and active in several charitable organizations.
